How to shop online?

Select items you want and after chosing size and/or color just select add to cart. Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Cart" button on the top right of any page.


Which payment methods do you accept?

Paypal is the main method of payment for right now. Because this is a new website, I want all my customers to feel safe shopping. Paypal offers buyer protection and i am not paid until you receive your items and are happy with them.

If you do NOT have a paypal account you can pay with a credit card securely through paypal. Same buyer protection rules apply. Once you select checkout, you will be redirected to the paypal website and you can just simply click "I do not have a paypal account, pay with credit card".


Do you see my credit card information?

I am not able to see any of your information when you pay through paypal. For privacy and security reasons, paypal only sends me the amount paid by the customer and i can view the shipping address to ship out your merchandise. Everything else is private.


Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will not be in drop down menu. Although i make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on this site, occasionally I do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you really must have, just shoot me an email. My goal is to ensure every customer is happy. If i can re-order the product, i will.



Do you have sizing information?

I try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.


Do you accept refunds?

Yes. Refunds are accepted on clothing if the wrong item was shipped or the merchandise arrived with damages. If you are completely unsatisfied with your clothing purchase, I will offer a full refund excluding shipping charges. Returns must be made within 5 business days after receiving merchandise. Items must not be worn and still have tags attached.I do stand by my merchandise and its high quality. Some items were hand made so unfortunately all jewelry products are final sale.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page.


When will my order will shipped?

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on where you reside. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability, shipment loads and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
